Philosophy
Here at the Ivey Leap Day Care, we will deliver an exceptionally safe innovative unique approach to learning that promotes the competence of emotional, social, cognitive and physical development through play and self expression for our children and families here in the Fishtown Community. We will offer a variety of programs, nutritional balanced meal preparations, and also follow the guidelines of Pre-K Counts, Head Start, and Keystone Stars. Ivey Leap is looking forward to creating a safe space for your littles ones.

Health & Safety
Given the burden of COVID-19 transmission, using layers of protection against exposure remains essential in Early Childcare Education settings. Our ECE program works with local public health officials, are consistent with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, to determine the prevention strategies needed in our area by monitoring levels of community transmission, local vaccination coverage rates, the occurrence of outbreaks, and local policies and regulations. We plan to communicate our strategies and any changes in plans to staff and families, and directly to older children, using accessible materials and communication channels, in a language and at a literacy level that staff, families, and children understand.
